Roles and permissions
A game role controls access to that game. It does not change the account's subscription plan.

| Playtester | Play versions shared with game members. |
| Editor | Edit and preview the game, commit changes, and inspect playtest information. |
| Admin | Editor capabilities plus game access, guest policy, release, and deletion controls. |
Plan and membership limits
The creator's plan can limit features or collaboration even when you are an admin. A collaborator's own paid plan does not automatically unlock the creator's game features. See Plans and feature access.
A pending invitation is not an accepted membership. Ask the person to accept the invitation before troubleshooting their game access.
Keep an admin
A game must retain an admin. Arrange another admin before trying to remove or downgrade the last one. Revoke access from Members when someone no longer needs the game.
