Fix a connection or loading problem

Keep the match URL before troubleshooting so you can return to the same game.

The board stops updating

Check the connection indicator. Let reconnection finish, then use any offered retry control. If it remains stuck, reload the page and reopen the same match. Avoid repeatedly submitting a move while its result is uncertain.

The game will not open

Confirm that you are signed into the account with access. A private playtest needs an invitation, and a full or started lobby may no longer accept another seat. Ask the host for the current match link.

Report a problem

Record the match link, game name, browser, visible error, and what you did immediately before it happened. Include a screenshot if it helps show the issue. Share these details through Contact or the community support link below.

A game-rule bug belongs to the designer; a connection failure may affect the surrounding app.
